Shanquella Robinson’s boyfriend has an arrest warrant following her death in Cabo San Lucas

AAlmost a month later Shanquella Robinson passed away during a vacation she spent in Cabo San Lucas, the local prosecutor’s office an arrest warrant issued against her alleged attacker, who was supposedly a friend of the woman.

Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, local prosecutor, gave an update on the case, pointing out that Shanquella’s death on October 29 was a femicide, a gender-based murder, and a hate crime.

They tracked down the alleged perpetrator of her death

“This case has been completely clarified, there is even one warrant issued for the crime of femicide to the detriment of the victim and against an alleged perpetrator, a friend of hers, who is the direct aggressor. In reality, it was not a fight, but direct aggression,” Anaya said.

“We carry out all relevant procedures, such as the Interpol alert and the extradition request to the United States of America. We are dealing with two Americans, the victim and the perpetrator,” he added.

The identity of the attacker has not been disclosed

Shanquella Robinson arrived in Cabo San Lucas at the end of October to celebrate her birthday, a day before her death. She arrived accompanied by six friends, one of whom is believed to be responsible for the murder.

Shanquella’s death certificate shows she died of severe spinal cord injury and an Atlas subluxation complexa dysfunction of the nervous system caused by misalignment of the upper cervical vertebrae. No alcohol is listed on the death certificate.

The document also indicates that the time between his injury and death was about 15 minutes. The question of whether his death was “accidental or violent” was answered in the affirmativesaid WSOC-TV.
